The study by LernQuadrat in Austria looked at which music helps children concentrate better as well as take in and remember more information. It found that songs by Robbie and Anastacia were the best at "stimulating the learning abilities of young people". LernQuadrat director Konrad Zimmermann said: "Classical music, which has long been considered beneficial to learning, is obviously not fit for the world of young people today. They need to know and like the music in order for it to have a stimulating effect on learning." |
